Q4 results live: Earnings Preview: HUL’s Q4 topline growth muted on weak urban demand
Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) maker Hindustan Unilever’s (HUL) revenue is seen to have risen by a tepid 2 per cent year-on-year on the back of weak urban demand and slow rural recovery during the quarter that ended March 31.
According to analysts, the inflation in raw materials continued to put pressure on the margins during the quarter, particularly the high price of palm oil.

Dalmia Bharat’s Q4 net profit rises 37% to ₹439 crore
Dalmia Bharat, one of the largest cement-makers in India, reported a 37 per cent rise in net profit for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, to ₹439 crore; despite a 5 per cent drop in revenue to ₹4091 crore.
Profit in the year ago period was ₹320 crore, while revenue stood at ₹4307 crore.
Profit came on the back of lower expenses, particularly, lower purchase of stock-in-trade.

SBI General Insurance posts over two-fold jump in net profit to ₹509 cr in FY25
SBI General Insurance on Wednesday reported a more than two-fold jump in its net profit to ₹509 crore for the last fiscal, backed by around 11 per cent y-o-y increase in its gross written premium during the period.
The private sector general insurer’s net profit stood at ₹240 crore for the financial year 2023-24. During FY25, its gross written premium (GWP) grew 11.1 per cent y-o-y to ₹14,140 crore from ₹12,731 crore in FY24.
In a statement, the company said excluding the impact of 1/n accounting norm, the GWP witnessed a growth of 14.5 per cent for FY25.

TMB posts 10% rise in FY25 net at ₹1,183 cr, Q4 net up by 15%
The Board declared a final dividend of ₹11 per equity share of face value ₹10 each (110%) for FY25.
The Thoothukudi (Tamil Nadu)-headquartered old private sector bank posted a net profit of ₹292 crore for Q4 FY25, compared with ₹253 crore in the year-ago quarter. For the full year FY25, net profit surged to ₹1,183 crore from ₹1,072 crore in FY24.

Syngene posts 3% drop in Q4 PAT; revenue crosses ₹1,000 cr for first time
Biocon’s contract manufacturing arm, Syngene International has posted a 3 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹183 crore for the March quarter, down from ₹189 crore in the same period last year. However, revenue for the quarter crossed the ₹1,000 crore milestone for the first time, reaching ₹1,018 crore. This marks an 8 per cent sequential growth and an 11 per cent increase on a YoY basis.

Q4 results live: Rallis India Q4FY25 loss widens to ₹32 crore on marginal dip in revenues and higher expense
Agri input maker Rallis India Ltd, a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals, widened its net losses to ₹32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, on a marginal dip in revenues and rise in expenses. The company had reported a net loss of ₹22 crore in same period last year. Fourth quarter revenues were marginally down at ₹430 crore (₹436 cr in same period last year).

Persistent Systems Q4 results live: Profit, dividend, merger and more
Persistent Systems recorded its consolidated profit for the quarter ended March 2025 at ₹395.76 crore (higher by 25.51%) as against ₹315.32 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Revenue from operations was at ₹3242.11 crore in the quarter under review as against ₹2590.52 crore in the quarter year ago.
The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of ₹15. It has also approved merger of Arrka Infosec Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary – Transferor) by absorption into Persistent Systems.
In addition, board has appointed Vinit Teredesai, Chief Financial Officer as the Additional Director (Executive Member) of the Company w.e.f from today.
