BLS International Services Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹711 crore for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, representing a 44 per cent year-on-year increase from ₹493 crore in the same period last year. The Delhi-based government services company announced the results on August 5, 2025.

The company’s EBITDA surged 53 per cent to ₹204 crore, while net profit grew 50 per cent to ₹181 crore compared to the previous year’s first quarter. EBITDA margins expanded by 171 basis points to 28.7 per cent.

BLS International, which provides visa and consular services to governments worldwide, is celebrating its 20th year of operations in fiscal 2026. The company now works with over 46 client governments and operates in more than 70 countries through a network of 50,000+ service centres.

The visa and consular segment, the company’s core business, recorded 11.2 per cent revenue growth to ₹461 crores. However, net revenue from this segment jumped 59.5 per cent to ₹360 crores due to a shift from partner-run to self-managed centres and the consolidation of acquired company iDATA.

The digital business segment showed strong growth with revenue increasing 218 per cent to ₹250 crore, primarily driven by the consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions acquired in November 2024. The company processed 11.4 lakh visa applications during the quarter, up 33.6 per cent from 8.5 lakh applications in the previous year.

The shares of BLS International Services Limited were trading on the BSE today at 3.29 pm at ₹398.30 up by ₹14.50 or 3.78 per cent.
