State Bank of India(SBI) has signed an MoU with Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) to support Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in Karnataka.

The MoU is expected to enable and empower GCCs in Karnataka through collaborative initiatives between SBI and KDEM. The MoU was signed by Joohi Smita Sinha, Chief General Manager, SBI Bengaluru Circle and Sanjeev Gupta, CEO KDEM, in the presence of B V Naidu, Chairman KDEM.  

On the same day, SBI announced the opening of India’s first “Exclusive GCC Centre” in Bengaluru. This pioneering initiative is designed to offer customised banking solutions and support to the growing GCC ecosystem in the State.
