Despite global headwinds, Sobha recorded a sales value of ₹6,277 crore in FY 2025, backed by stable economic fundamentals in India. The company sold a total area of 4.68 msft with an average realisation of ₹13,412 per sqft.

In the fourth quarter of FY25, Sobha posted a sales value of ₹1,836 crore, with 1.56 million square feet sold at an average price of ₹11,781 per square foot, up 32.2 per cent sequentially, and 22.1 per cent over Q4FY 2024.

Bangalore remained the key contributor, accounting for 58 per cent of total sales, followed by Gurgaon at 19.9 per cent. Meanwhile, Gurgaon recorded the highest-ever annual sales of ₹1,249 crore, driven by the launch of two projects during the year.

Kerala reported steady sales from existing inventory, contributing 13.3 per cent, while Tamil Nadu registered ₹170 crrore —an increase of 73 per cent over the previous year, supported by two plotted development launches in FY25. Pune region witnessed improved traction following the completion of one tower, while Hyderabad registered a growth of 21.1 per cent over FY 2024.
