Tata Consultancy Services has received an add-on Advance Purchase Order (APO) worth approximately ₹2,903 crore from state-run telecom firm Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The order is part of BSNL’s ongoing efforts to roll out its 4G mobile network across the country. According to a regulatory filing, TCS will be responsible for the planning, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and annual maintenance of the 4G mobile network infrastructure across 18,685 sites.

IndusInd Bank board suspects involvement of certain employees in the derivatives, microfinance and balance sheet “fraud” and has directed the bank to report the matter to investigative agencies and regulatory authorities. The bank board met on Wednesday to approve the financial results for the March quarter and for 2024-25 fiscal. In a regulatory filing, IndusInd Bank said based on review of internal audit reports as well as an external professional firm, its board “suspects the occurrence of fraud against the bank” and the involvement therein of certain employees having a significant role in the accounting and financial reporting of the bank.
