2. The report received from the Assistant Commissioner
of Police, Crime-I, Pimpri-Chinchwad indicates that the
news report annexed to the praecipe was not published in
the news paper ‘Rajdharm’. The statement of Chetan Mane
and Nikhil Mane are annexed to the report. The report as
well as the statements of publisher and editor indicate
that news report annexed was false and fabricated.
3. Mr. Vaswani, learned counsel for respondent No. 5
states that he had found the said news report near the
outer door of his house and that he had forwarded the
same to Advocate Zoheb Merchant.

Pimpri-Chinchwad to inquire into the matter and verify the
source of the said newspaper report, which is stated to be
