होली का त्योहार रंगों, मिठाइयों और दोस्तों के साथ जश्न मनाने का मौका होता है. लेकिन कई बार यह जश्न थोड़ा भारी पड़ जाता है. रंग खेलने के बाद देर रात तक पार्टी, शराब या भांग पीना और अनियमित खान-पान अगली सुबह परेशानी बन सकता है. सिरदर्द, मतली, थकान, कमजोरी और सुस्ती जैसी दिक्कतें हैंगओवर के आम लक्षण है. कई लोगों को डिहाइड्रेशन की वजह से चक्कर आना भी महसूस होता है. डॉक्टर के अनुसार ज्यादा शराब या भांग लेने से शरीर में पानी और जरूरी मिनरल्स की कमी हो जाती है. इस वजह से हैंगओवर होता है. ऐसे में चलिए आज हम आपको बताते हैं कि अगर आप भी होली के बाद सुस्त और थका हुआ महसूस कर रहे हैं तो कुछ आसान घरेलू उपाय अपनाकर राहत कैसे पा सकते हैं?

भरपूर पानी और नारियल पानी पिएं

हैंगओवर की सबसे बड़ी वजह शरीर में पानी की कमी है. इसलिए सबसे पहले शरीर को हाइड्रेट करना जरूरी है. दिनभर थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके पानी पिएं. हैंगओवर उतारने के लिए नारियल पानी भी फायदेमंद होता है, क्योंकि इसमें नेचुरल इलेक्ट्रोलाइट्स होते हैं जो शरीर में खोए हुए मिनरल्स की भरपाई करते हैं. वहीं जरूरत हो तो ओआरएस का गोल भी आप ले सकते हैं.

नींबू पानी से मिलेगी ताजगी

गुनगुने पानी में नींबू पानी मिलाकर पीना हैंगओवर में राहत दे सकता है. नींबू में मौजूद विटामिन सी शरीर को तरोताजा करने में मदद करता है. इससे मतली और सिर दर्द में भी आराम मिल सकता है. सुबह खाली पेट एक गिलास नींबू पानी पीने से शरीर हल्का महसूस होता है और पाचन भी बेहतर होता है.

हल्का और पौष्टिक खाना खाएं

हैंगओवर की हालत में तला-भूना खाना और ज्यादा मसालेदार खाना नुकसान कर सकता है. इससे एसिडिटी और पेट में जलन बढ़ सकती है. ऐसे समय में खिचड़ी, दलिया, सूप या उबली सब्जियां खाना बेहतर रहता है. दही और छाछ जैसे हल्के ऑप्शन भी पाचन को संभालने में मदद करते हैं.

फल खाएं, शरीर को दें एनर्जी

केला पोटेशियम का अच्छा सोर्स है जो शराब की वजह से बिगड़े इलेक्ट्रोलाइट संतुलन को ठीक करने में मदद करता है. पपीता और दूसरे ताजा फल भी शरीर को ऊर्जा देते हैं और कमजोरी दूर करने में मदद करते हैं. ऐसे में हैंगओवर उतारने के लिए सुबह के नाश्ते में दही के साथ केला आप ले सकते हैं.

हर्बल टी पिएं

हैंगओवर कम करने के लिए आप तुलसी, पुदीना और सौंफ से बनी हर्बल टी पी सकते हैं. यह शरीर को ठंडक देती है. इसे बनाने के लिए आप एक कप पानी में तुलसी, पुदीना और सौंफ डालकर उबाल लें और फिर छान कर पी लें. यह शरीर को ठंडक पहुंचाएगी, सिरदर्द कम करेगी और पाचन को भी हेल्दी रखेगी.

टी20 वर्ल्ड कप 2026 के सुपर-8 मुकाबले में साउथ अफ्रीका के खिलाफ टीम इंडिया की 76 रन से हार के बाद अब कप्तानी और रणनीति पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं. इस हार ने भारत की सेमीफाइनल की राह मुश्किल कर दी है और अब टीम को बाकी दोनों मैच बड़े अंतर से जीतने होंगे. इसी बीच पूर्व भारतीय क्रिकेटर मोहम्मद कैफ ने कप्तान सूर्यकुमार यादव के कुछ फैसलों पर खुलकर नाराजगी जताई है.

7 से 15 ओवर के बीच हाथ से फिसला मैच

कैफ का मानना है कि भारत मैच 7वें से 15वें ओवर के बीच हार गया. इसी दौरान साउथ अफ्रीका के बल्लेबाज डेविड मिलर और डेवाल्ड ब्रेविस के बीच अहम साझेदारी बनी, जिसने मैच का रुख पूरी तरह बदल दिया. भारत के गेंदबाज इस साझेदारी को तोड़ने में नाकाम रहे और टीम मैच में पीछे होती चली गई.

कैफ ने खास तौर पर तेज गेंदबाज जसप्रीत बुमराह के इस्तेमाल पर सवाल उठाए. उनका कहना था कि बुमराह जैसे मैच विनर गेंदबाज को बीच के ओवरों में लाना चाहिए था ताकि साझेदारी तोड़ी जा सके, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं किया गया.

रोहित की कप्तानी से की तुलना

कैफ ने पूर्व कप्तान रोहित शर्मा की कप्तानी का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि वह हमेशा बुमराह को पावरप्ले के बाद मिडिल ओवर्स में वापसी कराते थे. इससे विपक्षी टीम की लय टूटती थी और विकेट मिलने की संभावना बढ़ जाती थी.

साउथ अफ्रीका के खिलाफ मैच में बुमराह ने शुरुआती ओवरों में क्विंटन डी कॉक और रयान रिकेल्टन जैसे अहम विकेट जरूर लिए, लेकिन इसके बाद उन्हें काफी देर तक गेंदबाजी के लिए नहीं बुलाया गया. जब तक बुमराह 17वें ओवर में दोबारा गेंदबाजी करने आए, तब तक विपक्षी टीम मजबूत स्थिति में पहुंच चुकी थी.

सेमीफाइनल की राह हुई कठिन

इस हार के साथ ही भारत का 12 मैचों का अजेय रिकॉर्ड भी टूट गया है. टी20 इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट में यह भारत की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी हार रही. अब टीम इंडिया के सामने सेमीफाइनल में पहुंचने की चुनौती और कठिन हो गई है. अगर भारत को टूर्नामेंट में आगे बढ़ना है, तो उसे अब अपने बाकी दोनों मुकाबले जीतने होंगे और नेट रन रेट भी बेहतर करना होगा. ऐसे में टीम मैनेजमेंट को आने वाले मैचों में बेहतर रणनीति और सही गेंदबाजी बदलाव पर ध्यान देना होगा, ताकि टूर्नामेंट में वापसी की उम्मीद बनी रहे.

Multiple shots fired at car near Delhi's Kashmere Gate; spouse of Lawrence Bishnoi's ‘advocate’ in vehicle

Several rounds were fired at a car with five occupants in north Delhi’s Kashmere Gate late on Tuesday, police said adding that one person sustained injuries. A man who claims to be gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s advocate was in the car at the time of the incident.

According to an officer aware of the matter, the incident was reported around 10:30pm regarding multiple rounds being fired near ISBT Kashmere Gate. “When police reached the spot, they were informed that unidentified assailants fired several rounds at a car. One person had sustained injuries,” the officer said.

The officer added that five men were in the car and a man identified as Sandeep who was sitting at the back sustained a bullet injury near his shoulder at the back. “A man who identified himself as Deepak Khatri said that he was an advocate and represents gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. His claims are, however, being verified” the officer said.

Later, preliminary probe revealed that Deepak Khatri’s wife Rajni Khatri is Bishnoi’s lawyer and Sandeep works at an NGO. “The five people were sitting in a Ciaz when the assailants came and fired from behind,” the officer said.

According to initial findings, three men came on a scooter and one of them fired, however, CCTV footage will bring more clarity.

“Statements of the occupants of the car and locals are being recorded. Crime and forensics team has been called for inspection and CCTV footage is being obtained,” the officer said.

A case will be registered under relevant sections in due course, they said.
