Trial, Testing, Commissioning of Gravity Piped Distribution Network to irrigate 26907 Ha. Command area of Jamphal Dam under Sulwade Jamphal Kanoli Lift Irrigation project Tal. Shindkheda, Dist.
Dhule including Operation and Maintenance of entire system for five years.

With acquisition of minor stake in Continuum MP Windfarm Development

RCCPL, wholly owned material subsidiary of Birla Corporation has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) on 30 August 2024 for acquisition of 3.12% equity shares of Continuum MP Windfarm Development consisting of 1,39,15,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs 13.91 crore to source wind-solar power as a captive consumer for a capacity of upto 12 MW from a project located in Jaora in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

At meeting held on 30 August 2024

The Board of BLS International Services at its meeting held on 30 August 2024 has approved to enter into the share purchase agreement to acquire 5,100 equity share i.e. 51% share capital of SLW Media (SLW), a company incorporated under the law of Companies Act 1956. Consequent to the said acquisition of 5,100 share capital of SLW, it will become a subsidiary of the company (SLW-S).

This strategic move will enhance the brand equity of the company at a global scale into the rapidly growing sports and leisure sector.

Power Grid acquires Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III Transmission under TBCB route


Power Grid Corporation of India, pursuant to its selection as the successful bidder under Tariff based competitive bidding, has on 30 August 2024 acquired Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III Transmission, the Project SPV to establish Transmission System Strengthening for interconnections of Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III Complex, on build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis from the Bid Process Coordinator – PFC Consulting.

The project comprises 765kV D/C Transmission Line interconnecting Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III substations and associated bays extension works at these substations in the state of Rajasthan.

Adani Energy Solutions to acquire Khavda IVA Power Transmission


Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) has executed Share Purchase Agreement
(SPA) with REC Power Development and Consultancy (RECPDCL) for acquiring 100% Equity Shares of Khavda IVA Power Transmission (KPTL).

KPTL project includes setting up of ~298 km (596 ckm) transmission line, 300 MVAr STATCOM and 3×1500 MVA, 765/400 kV Inter-connecting Transformer (ICTs) with 1×330 MVAr, 765 kV and 1×125 MVAr, 420 kV bus reactors.

This acquisition is proposed to further AESL’s strategy for enhancing value for its shareholders through organic as well as inorganic opportunities.

KPTL will aim to implement evacuation of 7 GW of Renewable Energy (RE) from Khavda RE park, under Phase IV Part A package.
