Complaint Against Hardik Pandya: भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के स्टार ऑलराउंड हार्दिक पांड्या (Hardik Pandya) मुश्किल में फंसते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं. टीम इंडिया ने बीते रविवार (08 मार्च) अहमदाबाद के नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियम में 2026 टी20 वर्ल्ड कप का खिताब जीता था. इस जीत के बाद हार्दिक को मैदान पर गर्लफ्रेंड माहिका शर्मा के साथ मैदान पर डांस करते हुए देखा गया था. जश्न के दौरान हार्दिक अपनी पीठ पर तिरंगा लपेटे हुए नजर आ रहे थे. इस हरकत के चलते अब हार्दिक को मुश्किल का सामना करना पड़ सकता है.

दरअसल पुणे के एक वकील वाजिद खान ने हार्दिक के खिलाफ तिरंगे के अपमान के आरोप में पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है. वकील ने खुद शिकायत दर्ज कराने की जानकारी दी है. तो आइए जानते हैं कि पूरा माजरा क्या है.

वकील ने दी पूरी जानकारी

न्यूज एजेंसी एएनआई से बात करते हुए वकील वाजिद खान ने कहा, “आपने टी20 वर्ल्ड कप देखा होगा. हार्दिक पांड्या अपनी गर्लफ्रेंड के साथ जीत का जश्न मनाते हुए नाच रहे थे. उनकी पीठ पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज बंधा हुआ था. 1971 के राष्ट्रीय ध्वज अधिनियम की धारा 2 के अनुसार, हमें राष्ट्रीय ध्वज की गरिमा का सम्मान करना चाहिए. हालांकि हार्दिक अपने जश्न में इतना खोए हुए थे कि वह राष्ट्रीय ध्वज पहने हुए अपनी गर्लफ्रेंड के साथ लेट गए थे. मैं मानता हूं कि यह राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का अपमान है.”

हार्दिक के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज

वकील ने आगे कहा, “मैंने शिवाजी नगर पुलिस स्टेशन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है. जब मैं शिकायत दर्ज कराने गया, तो उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि घटना वहां हुई थी, यहां नहीं. मैंने उनसे कहा कि राष्ट्रीय ध्वज पूरे देश का प्रतीक है और हम शिवाजी नगर पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं. उन्होंने मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की और मुझे एक कॉपी दी. देखते हैं अब आगे क्या होता है, मैंने शिकायत दर्ज कर दी है.”

ICC suspends this Ex-KKR cricketer from WI along with 2 officials over match-fixing charges in this tournament

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has taken strict action on West Indies fast-bowling all-rounder Javon Searles, Titans team owner Chitranjan Rathod and team official Griffith following the breach of the anti-corruption codes of Cricket West Indies (CWI) and the ICC.

“All three individuals face charges in relation to the Bim10 Tournament 2023/24, which falls under the jurisdiction of the CWI Anti-Corruption Code. In addition, Griffith faces one charge relating to International Matches that fall under the jurisdiction of the ICC Anti-Corruption Code,” the ICC said in a statement.

The ICC added that the trio has been provisionally suspended from all cricket with immediate effect. However, the governing body has also given 14 days starting from March 11, 2026, to respond to the charges.

Rathod faces three charges under the CWI Code, Searles faces four charges under the CWI Code, while team official Griffith faces four charges under the CWI Code and one charge under the ICC Code.

All three have been charged with the following three offences-

Breach of Article 2.1.1 of the CWI Code – Fixing, contriving to fix or otherwise influencing improperly, or being a party to an agreement or effort to fix or contrive in any way or otherwise influence improperly, the result, progress, conduct or other aspect of matches in the Bim10 tournament in 2023/24 (or attempting to do so).

Breach of Article 2.1.4 of the CWI Code – Soliciting, instructing, encouraging or facilitating Players and/or Player Support Personnel to commit offences under the CWI Code.

Breach of Article 2.4.4 of the CWI Code – Failing or refusing to cooperate with a reasonable investigation carried out by the Designated Anti-Corruption Official (or his/her designee) in relation to possible offences under the CWI Code.

Searles and Giffith have also been charged with Breach of Article 2.4.2 of the CWI Code – failing to disclose to Cricket West Indies details of any approaches or invitations to engage in conduct that would amount to a breach of the CWI Code.

In addition, Griffith has been charged with “Breach of Article 2.4.7 of the ICC Code – Obstructing the ACU’s investigation into possible Corrupt Conduct by concealing and/or tampering with information that may have been relevant to the investigation, or which may have constituted evidence or led to the discovery of evidence of Corrupt Conduct.”

Searles has represented the West Indies Under-19s and played for Trinbago Knight Riders in the CPL from 2014-19. He also featured in the IPL for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in 2018.

Just hours after helping India defeat New Zealand in the T20 World Cup 2026 final at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Dube was spotted on a top berth of an AC 3-Tier coach, successfully hiding his identity from fellow passengers and railway officials alike.

Dube’s decision to leave Ahmedabad in the early hours of Monday morning was driven by a desire to reunite with his family, including his four-year-old son Aayaan and two-year-old daughter Mehwish.

“There was no flight available, so I decided to take a train from Ahmedabad early in the morning to Mumbai. We could have gone by road but the train was faster,” Dube told The Indian Express.

A Masterclass in Disguise

Given his imposing stature, “blending in” is usually impossible for the southpaw. To manage the journey, Dube wore a mask and a full-sleeved T-shirt. He remained in his car until exactly five minutes before the 5:10 AM departure to avoid being spotted on the platform. Once on board, he immediately climbed to the top berth to remain out of sight.

The most tense moment of the trip occurred when the Ticket Collector (TC) arrived. Noticing the name on the chart, the official asked, “Shivam Dube? Woh kaun hai, cricketer?”

Dube’s wife, Anjum, handled the situation with immediate poise. She responded without hesitation, “No, no. Woh Kahan se aayega (Where will he come from)?” The TC was convinced by her dismissive tone, allowing the cricketer to complete his journey without being mobbed.

Despite a smooth ride, Dube grew anxious as the train approached Borivali in broad daylight. “At night, I got down from the berth but no one recognised me on the way to the washroom and back. The train trip was smooth but I was worried about getting down at Borivali in broad daylight. I couldn’t have escaped attention there,” he admitted.

To ensure a safe exit, he contacted the Mumbai Police. “They thought I was landing at the airport but were surprised when I told them that I was travelling by train. I was provided a police escort so things were easy and the exit was smooth.”

Dube’s rush to return home followed a stellar campaign where he functioned as India’s designated finisher. In the final over against New Zealand, he made a vital contribution by hitting two sixes and three fours. He finished the T20 World Cup 2026 with 235 runs from eight innings, maintaining an impressive average of 39.16 and a strike rate of 169.06.

After a tournament of high-octane pressure, the quiet top-berth journey provided a rare moment of anonymity for the world champion before returning to the spotlight in Mumbai.
