India Cricket Schedule 2026-27: टीम इंडिया का अगले एक साल का घरेलू सीरीज का शेड्यूल सामने आ गया है. अगले 12 महीनों के भीतर ऑस्ट्रेलिया, वेस्टइंडीज, श्रीलंका और जिम्बाब्वे की टीम भारत दौरे पर आएंगी. इस दौरान टीम इंडिया 17 अलग-अलग शहरों मीइन कुल 22 मैच खेलेगी. BCCI ने यह शेड्यूल सितंबर 2026-फरवरी 2027 तक के लिए जारी किया है. मगर उससे पहले टीम इंडिया को अफगानिस्तान के साथ भी अपने घर पर वनडे सीरीज खेलनी है.

शेड्यूल आने पर भारतीय फैंस यह जानने के भी इच्छुक होंगे कि अगले एक साल उनके चहेते खिलाड़ी विराट कोहली और रोहित शर्मा कितनी बार खेलते दिखेंगे. यहां उन सभी तारीखों को नोट कर लीजिए, जब विराट और रोहित खेलते हुए नजर आएंगे.

कब-कब खेलेंगे विराट और रोहित?

चूंकि विराट कोहली और रोहित शर्मा अब सिर्फ ODI मैच खेलते हैं, इसलिए IPL 2026 के बाद भारतीय पिचों पर विराट और रोहित पहली बार अफगानिस्तान के खिलाफ सीरीज में खेलते दिख सकते हैं. भारत-अफगानिस्तान सीरीज 14-20 जून तक चलेगी. उसके बाद वेस्टइंडीज टीम भारत दौरे पर आएगी, जहां उसे टीम इंडिया के साथ 3 ODI मैचों की सीरीज खेलनी है.

उसके बाद श्रीलंकाई टीम भारत आएगी, उसे भी टीम इंडिया के खिलाफ 3 वनडे मैचों की शृंखला खेलनी है. साल 2027 की शुरुआत में जिम्बाब्वे और भारत के बीच 3 वनडे मैचों की सीरीज होगी.

इसका मतलब भारतीय टीम अपने घरेलू मैदानों पर अगले 12 महीने में केवल 12 वनडे मैच खेलने वाली है. विराट कोहली और रोहित शर्मा इन सभी मुकाबलों में खेलते हैं तो वो भी अगले एक साल के भीतर अधिकतम 12 मैच ही खेल पाएंगे.

BCCI Releases 2026-27 Home Schedule: India set for Action against West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe & Australia; Rohit-Virat in spotlight for ODIs

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the schedule for senior men’s international home matches for the 2026-27 season, which features an exciting, action-packed schedule with four visiting teams, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, and Australia, across multiple formats.

 

The Men in Blue will play 22 international matches across 17 cities, giving fans nationwide the chance to see top-tier international cricket.

Notably, the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru is set to host international games for the first time since October 2024, when India played New Zealand in the third Test of a five-match series. The Karnataka State Cricket Association announced on Saturday that the venue had received the government’s permission to host Indian Premier League and international games. 

Cricket at the venue had been suspended in June 2024 following a stampede during the Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s (RCB) maiden title celebrations, which resulted in 11 deaths and multiple injuries.

Additionally, a key highlight of the announcement is that the Barsapara Cricket Stadium (ACA Stadium) in Guwahati will host a Border-Gavaskar series Test for the first time. In November 2025, the venue hosted its first-ever red-ball game since its establishment in 2012, when South Africa toured India for a multi-format series, making the upcoming BGT Test only the second red-ball game to be played there.

The season kicks off with the West Indies’ tour of India (September 27 to October 17). It will include a three-match ODI series, followed by a five-match T20I series. The ODIs will be held in Trivandrum, Guwahati, and New Chandigarh, while the T20Is will take place in Lucknow, Ranchi, Indore, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.

India will host Sri Lanka for a white-ball series featuring three ODIs and three T20Is from December 13 to 27. The ODIs will be held in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad, while the T20Is are scheduled in Rajkot, Cuttack, and Pune.

In recent years, Delhi has faced intense air pollution during winters, notably affecting players during the 2017 India-Sri Lanka Test, where some experienced breathing issues and nausea. 

Last year, the BCCI initially scheduled a Test against the West Indies in Kolkata in October and another against South Africa in Delhi in November. These tests were eventually rescheduled so that Delhi could host the match before pollution levels rise around Diwali.

At the beginning of the new year, Zimbabwe will visit India for a three-match ODI series from January 3 to 9, with games scheduled to take place in Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

The season will conclude with the highly esteemed and eagerly awaited Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia from January 21 to March 3. The first match of the highly anticipated Test series will be held in Nagpur.

The series will then proceed to Chennai, Guwahati, Ranchi, and Ahmedabad, offering an exciting competition between two of the top teams in international cricket.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has decided to cancel the IPL 2026 opening ceremony, which was scheduled for March 28 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The move comes as a mark of respect for the 11 people who lost their lives in a tragic stampede last year.

Recap of the June 4, 2025 stampede incident

The unfortunate incident took place on June 4, 2025, outside the same venue during celebrations following Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s maiden IPL title win. Overcrowding led to a stampede that claimed 11 lives and left several others injured.

BCCI confirms no opening ceremony

BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia confirmed the development while speaking to TOI.

“Due to last year’s tragic incident on June 4 last year, there will be no formal function on the day of the start of IPL-2026 (in Bengaluru). The BCCI is not organizing any cultural or entertainment show at the start of IPL-19 as a mark of respect to the departed souls due to that tragedy on June 4, 2025.”

Grand closing ceremony planned instead

Saikia added that the focus will shift to the end of the tournament.

“However, the BCCI and the IPL Governing Council are planning a grand entertainment function at the closing of the IPL, on the day of the final (May 31).”

IPL 2026 opener still set for high-profile clash

Despite the absence of an opening ceremony, the tournament will begin as scheduled on March 28, with defending champions RCB taking on Sunrisers Hyderabad. The match will also mark the IPL captaincy debut of Ishan Kishan, who steps in due to Pat Cummins’ injury.

Not the first time IPL has skipped celebrations

This is not the first instance of the IPL foregoing its opening ceremony. A similar decision was made ahead of the 2019 season following the Pulwama terrorist attack, where 40 CRPF personnel lost their lives. On that occasion, funds allocated for the ceremony were redirected to support the families of the victims.

RCB announces tribute initiatives for victims

Royal Challengers Bengaluru has also outlined multiple steps to honour the 11 fans who lost their lives. The franchise will permanently leave 11 seats vacant at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium as a tribute.

Players to wear special tribute during practice

RCB CEO Rajesh Menon shared further details during a press conference on March 24.

“In memory of the 11 fans who we lost on June 4, the players will be wearing jersey number 11 for the practice, on the game day, on the practice time before the match. So all the players will have jersey number 11 on the back, not for the game but for the practice. Apart from that, they will be also wearing a black armband on that day. We are also looking at having 11 permanent seats empty in Chinnaswamy Stadium forever. This is for the 11 fans who will be with us forever.”

Major safety upgrades introduced at Chinnaswamy Stadium

Alongside these tributes, RCB has invested nearly Rs 7 crore into enhancing crowd safety at the stadium. The upgrades include AI-powered surveillance cameras, improved entry and exit systems, and revised crowd management protocols aimed at preventing any recurrence of such incidents.

These measures underline a collective effort by the BCCI and RCB to prioritise remembrance and fan safety, ensuring that the IPL 2026 season begins on a respectful and responsible note.

Rinku Singh Government job: भारतीय क्रिकेटर रिंकू सिंह की सरकारी नौकरी लग गई है. रिंकू के लिए एकसाथ 2 बड़ी खुशखबरी आई हैं, क्योंकि हाल ही में कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स ने उन्हें उपकप्तान नियुक्त किया है. वहीं अब उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में उनकी क्षेत्रीय खेल अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति हुई है. उन्हें मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने नियुक्ति पत्र दिया.

रिंकू सिंह के अलावा यूपी सरकार 6 अन्य एथलीटों को भी सरकारी नौकरी देने जा रही है, जो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भारत के लिए मेडल जीत चुके हैं. इनमें हॉकी खिलाड़ी राजकुमार पाल, जेवलिन थ्रो एथलीट अजीत सिंह, धावक सिमरन और पैरालंपिक गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट प्रवीन कुमार भी शामिल हैं.

क्या होगा रिंकू सिंह का काम?

रीजनल स्पोर्ट्स ऑफिसर (क्षेत्रीय खेल अधिकारी) द्वितीय श्रेणी का गैजेटेड ऑफिसर होता है. उनका काम राज्य में खेल गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देना, मैदानों की देखरेख करना और नई प्रतिभा को ढूंढना और उसे निखारना होता है.

कितनी सैलरी लेंगे रिंकू सिंह?

उत्तर प्रदेश में एक क्षेत्रीय खेल अधिकारी सामान्यतः 70-90 हजार रुपये की तनख्वाह पाता है. रिंकू सिंह को भी इतनी ही सैलरी मिलेगी. रिंकू को आईपीएल ने रातोंरात स्टार बना दिया था, उन्होंने IPL 2023 में गुजरात टाइटंस के खिलाफ एक मैच में यश दयाल को आखिरी ओवर में लगातार 5 छक्के लगाकर KKR को यादगार जीत दिलाई थी. उसके बाद रिंकू ने अपने करियर में पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा है.

रिंकू सिंह भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के स्टार फिनिशर बन चुके हैं. उन्होंने टीम इंडिया के साथ एशियन गेम्स में गोल्ड मेडल जीता, एशिया कप जीता और हाल ही में भारत की टी20 वर्ल्ड कप विजेता टीम का भी हिस्सा रहे थे.

KKR की उपकप्तानी करेंगे

IPL 2026 से पहले कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स ने रिंकू सिंह को टीम का उपकप्तान नियुक्त किया है. कोलकाता टीम की कप्तानी अजिंक्य रहाणे कर रहे होंगे. बता दें कि KKR ने रिंकू को 13 करोड़ रुपये में रिटेन किया था.

कितने में बिकी RCB?
आदित्य बिरला ग्रुप, टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया ग्रुप, ब्लैकस्टोन और बोल्ट वेंचर्स ने मिलकर रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरू फ्रेंचाइजी को करीब 16,600 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा है. वैल्यूएशन के मामले में आरसीबी, IPL की सबसे महंगी टीम बन गई है. पहले इस ग्रुप को लेकर कोई चर्चा नहीं थी और करीब 8 निवेशकों ने RCB को खरीदने में दिलचस्पी दिखाई थी. 

टीम की मालिक कंपनी Diageo ने कहा था कि क्रिकेट उसके व्यवसाय का मुख्य क्षेत्र नहीं है और वह 31 मार्च 2025 तक बिक्री की प्रक्रिया को पूरी कर लेगा. 16,600 करोड़ रुपये की इस डील में लेन-देन की प्रक्रिया BCCI, आईपीएल गवर्निंग काउंसिल और अन्य लागू नियामक अनुमोदनों के अधीन है.

कौन है RCB का चेयरमैन?
RCB फ्रेंचाइजी का संचालन अब ऊपर दी गईं चारों कंपनियां मिलकर करेंगी. फ्रेंचाइजी के चेयरमैन आर्यमान बिरला होंगे, जो आदित्य बिरला ग्रुप के चेयरपर्सन, कुमार मंगलम बिरला के बेटे हैं. वहीं टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया के सत्यन गजवानी वाइस चेयरमैन होंगे. इससे पहले राजस्थान रॉयल्स की टीम करीब 15,290 करोड़ रुपये में बिकी थी, लेकिन RCB कुछ घंटों में ही उसका रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया था. RCB आईपीएल की गत चैंपियन है और अगले सीजन में भी दमदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए ट्रॉफी जीतना चाहेगी.

भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (BCCI) ने टीम इंडिया के अगले 12 महीनों का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शेड्यूल जारी कर दिया है. बीसीसीआई ने सभी घरेलू सीरीज की तारीखों का एलान कर दिया है और अगले एक साल के भीतर भारत को ऑस्ट्रेलिया, वेस्टइंडीज, जिम्बाब्वे और श्रीलंका की मेजबानी करनी है. टीम इंडिया को अपने घर पर अगले एक साल के भीतर कुल 22 मैच खेलने हैं, जो 17 शहरों में खेले जाएंगे. 

टीम इंडिया के इस घरेलू सीजन की शुरुआत वेस्टइंडीज के खिलाफ व्हाइट बॉल सीरीज से होगी. वेस्टइंडीज टीम का भारत दौरा 27 सितंबर-17 अक्टूबर तक चलेगा, इस दौरान दोनों टीमों के बीच 3 वनडे और पांच टी20 मैच खेले जाएंगे. उसके करीब 2 महीने बाद श्रीलंका टीम भारत खेलने आएगी, जहां 13-27 दिसंबत तक तीन-तीन वनडे और टी20 मैचों की सीरीज खेलनी है.

साल 2027 के जनवरी महीने मीइन जिम्बाब्वे की टीम भारत दौरे पर आएगी, जिसे 3-9 जनवरी तक तीन वनडे मैच खेलने हैं. वहीं जनवरी महीने के अंत मीइन ऑस्ट्रेलियाई टीम, भारत आएगी. 21 जनवरी-27 फरवरी तक दोनों टॉप टीमों के बीच पांच टेस्ट मैचों की सीरीज खेली जाएगी.

भारत का शेड्यूल (घरेलू सीरीज)

वेस्टइंडीज का भारत दौरा: 27 सितंबर-17 अक्टूबर – 3 ODI और पांच टी20

श्रीलंका का भारत दौरा: 13 दिसंबर-27 दिसंबर – 3 ODI और तीन टी20

जिम्बाब्वे का भारत दौरा: 3 जनवरी-9 जनवरी – 3 ODI

ऑस्ट्रेलिया का भारत दौरा: 21 जनवरी-27 फरवरी- 5 टेस्ट 

चूंकि अगले एक साल में भारत को सिर्फ एक घरेलू टेस्ट सीरीज खेलनी है, जिसकी वजह से उसकी WTC फाइनल खेलने की उम्मीदें फीकी पड़ती नजर आ रही हैं.  वर्ल्ड टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप की पॉइंट्स टेबल में भारतीय टीम अभी छठे स्थान पर है. 

बता दें कि वेस्टइंडीज से ठीक पहले भारतीय टीम को अफगानिस्तान के खिलाफ वनडे सीरीज और एक टेस्ट मैच खेलना है. उसके बाद टीम इंडिया टी20 सीरीज खेलने आयरलैंड जाएगी और वहीं से इंग्लैंड के लिए रवाना हो जाएगी, जहां उसे वनडे और टी20 सीरीज खेलनी है.
