Shubman Gill Gave Statement Regarding The Impact Player Rule: इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग 2026 की शुरुआत 28 मार्च से हो रही है. इससे पहले गुजरात टाइटंस के कप्तान शुभमन गिल ने बीसीसीआई द्वारा आईपीएल में लागू ‘इम्पैक्ट प्लेयर’ नियम को लेकर सवाल उठाए हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि इससे खेल में कौशल और चुनौती की अहमियत कम हो जाती है. इस नियम पर पहले रोहित शर्मा, हार्दिक पंड्या और हाल ही में दिल्ली कैपिटल्स के कप्तान अक्षर पटेल ने भी आपत्ति जताई है. मुंबई में बुधवार यानी 25 मार्च को हुए आईपीएल कप्तानों की बैठक में गिल समेत ज्यादातर कप्तानों ने भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (बीसीसीआई) से इस नियम की समीक्षा करने की मांग की.

‘इम्पैक्ट प्लेयर’ नियम पर शुभमन गिल ने क्या कहा?

बीसीसीआई द्वारा साल 2023 में ‘इम्पैक्ट प्लेयर’ नियम लागू हुआ था और इसे कम से कम साल 2027 तक बढ़ाया गया है. इसी नियम को लेकर शुभमन गिल ने कहा, ‘मेरे हिसाब से ‘इम्पैक्ट प्लेयर’ नहीं होना चाहिए. क्रिकेट आम तौर पर 11 खिलाड़ियों का खेल है. एक अतिरिक्त बल्लेबाज या गेंदबाज जोड़ने से असली चुनौती और खिलाड़ी के कौशल की अहमियत कम हो जाती है.’

उन्होंने आगे कहा, ‘खेल में एक खास कौशल होता है. अगर आपके कुछ मुख्य बल्लेबाज जल्दी आउट हो जाएं, तो टीम को अच्छा स्कोर बनाने के लिए रणनीति और कौशल की जरूरत होती है, लेकिन इस एक अतिरिक्त खिलाड़ी से खेल एकतरफा हो गया है और चुनौती भी कम हो गई है. मेरे लिए आसान पिच पर 220 रन का पीछा करने से ज्यादा रोमांचक चुनौती वाली पिच पर 180 या 160 रन का पीछा करना है.’

बीसीसीआई 2027 के बाद ले सकता है इस नियम पर फैसला

बीसीसीआई ‘इम्पैक्ट प्लेयर’ नियम पर अंतिम फैसला साल 2027 के बाद ही ले सकता है. गिल ने कहा, ‘ये नियम साल 2027 तक लागू रहेगा. कप्तानों की बैठक में हमने इस पर बात की थी. मुझे समझ है कि इससे खेल थोड़ा मनोरंजक बनता है, लेकिन मुझे ये पसंद नहीं है, लेकिन फैसला बीसीसीआई का होगा.’

पाकिस्तान सुपर लीग (PSL) 2026 शुरू होने से पहले ही विवादों में आ गया है. पाकिस्तान के पूर्व विकेटकीपर बल्लेबाज कामरान अकमल ने लीग के आयोजन पर खुलकर नाराजगी जताई है. खासकर कप्तानों की प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को लेकर उन्होंने तीखी टिप्पणी की, जिससे क्रिकेट जगत में चर्चा तेज हो गई है.

प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को बताया ‘वलीमा’

कामरान अकमल ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के आयोजन को लेकर कहा कि यह किसी बड़े टूर्नामेंट जैसा बिल्कुल नहीं लग रहा था. उनके अनुसार, सभी कप्तानों को एक साथ बैठा दिया गया था, जिससे माहौल काफी अव्यवस्थित दिख रहा था. उन्होंने इसे ‘वलीमा’ जैसा बताते हुए कहा कि समझ ही नहीं आ रहा था कि सवाल किससे पूछा जा रहा है. पीसीएल को इतना बड़ा ब्रांड बोला जाता है तो इसे उसी तरह ही आयोजित कराना चाहिए था.

विदेशी खिलाड़ियों को हुई परेशानी

अकमल ने बताया कि विदेशी कप्तानों के लिए स्थिति और भी मुश्किल थी. कई बार उन्हें समझ ही नहीं आया कि बातचीत किससे हो रही है. इस दौरान शाहीन अफरीदी को बार-बार सवाल समझाने पड़े, जो एक इंटरनेशनल स्तर की लीग के लिए ठीक संकेत नहीं है. यह बिलकुल लोकल टूर्नामेंट की तरह लग रहा था.

अनुशासन की भी दिखी कमी

उन्होंने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान खिलाड़ियों के रवैये पर भी सवाल उठाए. अकमल के मुताबिक, कुछ खिलाड़ी उस समय मोबाइल फोन में व्यस्त थे, जबकि कार्यक्रम चल रहा था. उनका कहना है कि ऐसे मंच पर प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार जरूरी होता है, क्योंकि यह पूरी लीग की छवि को दिखाता है.

PCB के मैनेजमेंट पर निशाना

अकमल ने पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट बोर्ड (PCB) की तैयारी पर भी सवाल उठाए. उन्होंने कहा कि भले ही बोर्ड ने अपने हिसाब से आयोजन की योजना बनाई हो, लेकिन जो चीजें उनके नियंत्रण में थीं, उन्हें बेहतर तरीके से पेश किया जा सकता था. अगर कप्तानों के साथ अलग-अलग बातचीत कराई जाती, तो कार्यक्रम ज्यादा प्रभावी हो सकता था.

PSL को दुनिया की बड़ी टी20 लीगों में गिना जाता है, लेकिन इस तरह की आलोचना से इसकी छवि पर असर पड़ सकता है. अब सबकी नजर इस बात पर है कि क्या आने वाले मैचों और आयोजनों में सुधार देखने को मिलेगा या नहीं.

यह मुकाबला लाहौर कलंदर्स और हैदराबाद किंग्समैन के बीच खेला गया था. मैच के दौरान खिलाड़ियों द्वारा गेंद को चमकाने के लिए जर्सी और तौलिये का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा था. सोशल मीडिया पर दावा किया जा रहा है कि हैदराबाद टीम की जर्सी का रंग घटिया क्वालिटी का था, जो गेंद पर लग गया और सफेद गेंद धीरे-धीरे गुलाबी दिखने लगी.  गेंद का रंग इतना बदल गया कि अंपायरों को मजबूर होकर पहली पारी के करीब 15 ओवर के बाद गेंद बदलनी पड़ी. 

सोशल मीडिया पर उड़ा मजाक

इस घटना के बाद फैंस ने सोशल मीडिया पर पीएसएस का जमकर मजाक उड़ाया. कुछ यूजर्स ने इसे “पिंक बॉल टी20” तक कह दिया, तो कुछ ने लीग की तैयारियों और गुणवत्ता पर सवाल खड़े किए. कई लोगों ने कहा कि इस तरह की गलती प्रोफेशनल लीग में नहीं होनी चाहिए.

मैच का हाल भी रहा एकतरफा

मैच की बात करें तो लाहौर कलंदर्स ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए 20 ओवर में 199 रन बनाए थे. टीम के स्टार बल्लेबाज फखर जमान ने 53 रन की अहम पारी खेली और उन्हें प्लेयर ऑफ द मैच चुना गया. जवाब में हैदराबाद किंग्समैन की टीम 130 रन पर ही सिमट गई और 69 रन से मैच हार गई.

नई टीम पर उठे सवाल

हैदराबाद किंग्समैन इस सीजन की नई टीमों में से एक है, लेकिन अपने पहले ही मैच में इस तरह की गलती ने उनकी तैयारियों पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं. जर्सी की खराब गुणवत्ता को लेकर भी काफी आलोचना हो रही है.
