Realty firm Kolte-Patil Developers’ sales bookings remained flat at ₹617 crore during the first quarter of this fiscal year on steady demand for its properties.

Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at ₹616 crore in the year-ago period.

In a regulatory filing on Friday, Kole-Patil informed that the average sales realisation rose 29 per cent to ₹9,442 per sq ft in the April-June quarter of 2026-27 fiscal from ₹7,337 per sq ft in the corresponding period of the preceding year.

Improvement in sales realisation was driven by strategic price revisions across projects and a higher contribution from Mumbai projects, it highlighted.

The company launched 0.78 million sq. ft area during the June quarter.

“Mumbai market contributed about 30 per cent to the sales value, reinforcing its growing importance within the portfolio,” it said.

The company informed that collections of funds from customers increased 30 per cent to ₹715 crore in the June quarter, indicating sustained execution momentum across the project portfolio.

Kolte-Patil has developed and constructed over 68 projects, including residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial complexes, and IT Parks, covering a saleable area of over 33 million square feet across Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
