1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The respondent/state has filed status report, mentioning therein that on the
same date, the missing complaint was transferred to the concerned police station
through CCTNS vide GD No. 76A dated 26.09.2023, PS Shaheen Bagh.
3. Such missing complaint of Mahesh Chand has already been registered at PS
Kuchaman City, Rajasthan. The copy of the missing complaint registered at PS
Kuchaman City, Rajasthan is also annexed as Annexure D with status report.
4. Clearly, said Sh. Mahesh Chand has gone missing from the jurisdiction of
said police station, and, therefore, no order is required to be passed in the present
petition.
5. The Petitioner is always at liberty to pursue her remedy before Competent
Court/Authority.
6. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
